Many of my friends and family are either architects or professors of architectural design. Our roundtable discussions over the past 30 years often focused upon buildings or urban design and the social aspects of development. Not to mention heated discussions over everything from the most minute design elements to haphazard gentrification or lifeless modern architecture replacing classic city centers. It is therefore inevitable that these concepts eventually appeared in part of my work. The Buildings series was completed between 2005 and 2007 and focused primarily on Photoshop and Autcad overlays, tools of the architect transformed into art. Content was created via photograph, Autocad Sketchpad and a Wacom tablet.
